Location: Pratumnak, South Pattaya
Work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
Salary: 12,500 THB per month (probation period), increasing to 15,000 THB after probation period based on performance + commission + bonus
Position Overview: Naree Siam Properties is looking for someone with Chinese language skills to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary with growth opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties
- Provide customer service and build rapport with clients,
using Chinese language skills to communicate with Chinese clients
- Conduct property viewings and provide marketing advice
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality
- No age, gender or education requirement
- Proficiency in Thai and Chinese
- Experience in real estate or sales a plus
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Motivated individual, eager to succeed and grow
